Principal

As a Principal, you will play a very important role in our company. You are the functional and/or industry expert in strategic and operative consulting.

Our Principals are seasoned consultants who have demonstrated exceptional intellectual, organizational, client management, and leadership skills.

As a Principal, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing a number of projects at the top-management level. You will represent your Competence Center both internally and externally, functioning as a Roland Berger ambassador in the business community. Mentoring and building up your team is one of your key tasks.
